Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who has experience in apartment complex. It is the job of the maintenance supervisor to keep all equipment and systems functional. This will be done by supervising employees using the equipment and systems, making any necessary repairs or replacements and setting up maintenance schedules. Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties: Trains employees on the proper use of all systems and equipment while disciplining those who disobey the expectations, procedures and policies set forth for them Meets company standards for maintenance financing by helping with the formulation of annual budgets, finding variances, fixing problems and keeping track of expenditures Meets company standards for operations by helping to craft reviews and strategic plans while ensuring the implementation of standards for quality and productivity Keeps systems and equipment running by administering tests, making repairs, acquiring and installing necessary replacement parts, and creating a program for regular maintenance Keeps work environment healthy and safe for all employees by ensuring everyone follows company procedures and standards in addition to government regulations and codes Maintenance Supervisor Skills and Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Troubleshooting electronics Technical understanding and leadership Supervision of staff use of equipment Ability to work as part of a team Must have 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in large apartment complexes Benefits: Job security for result oriented Maintenance Supervisor Will have big growth of income for a successful candidate Long term job and full time Competitive salary based on your experience Advance opportunities based on your performance
