Disabled and looking for small dog

I have a 4 year chihuahua and two cats, and I am looking for a small dog to give my chihuahua someone to play with. I AM NOT GIVING AWAY MY ANIMALS, I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOG. My two cats chase each other around the house, but my dog doesnt really have anyone of her own to play with. Im looking for her a friend so maybe she will cheer up and be more active. Right now she just lays around. She is used to being with other chihuahuas and small dogs, but has been the only dog since I got her. I have a in home aid that comes over every week to help, and he will sometimes take her home to his place to stay a few days. She loves it with all his animals. So I am looking for a small dog, breed not super important. Please be free or really low rehoming fee as I am disabled and on limited income. Thanks
