RSP manufactures custom products for a variety of industries with customers in over 30 countries. Primary Duties: Assist with assembly and manufacturing of custom products including consumer, industrial and medical products. • Manually assemble the components of a custom products including plastic, flexible printed circuits, displays, keypads and packaging. • Sorts and examines parts to verify conformance with company standards. • Maintains and clean production areas as needed. • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with RSP quality system. • Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning. • Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures. • Accurately completes all required documentation. • Meets attendance policy requirements. • Contributes to our fast paced exciting team environment. Secondary Duties: • Warehouse support for shipping / receiving • Operate small laser cutter / digital press / laminator • Other tasks regarding manufacturing, printing, warehousing as needed. Experience; Assembly experience with electronics required. Qualifications; Must be able to use your hands to do assemble of small parts. Eye site must be 20/20 adjusted. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Tolerant to safe ink and chemical smells. Education: High school diploma/GED (desired!) On site training provided.
