Existing project looking for the right fit to complement our styles and fill out our sound. Minimalist, mellow acoustic covers and originals. Big focus on vocal harmonies. We blend the indie singer/songwriter vibe with classic rock/folk. Simon & Garfunkel meets Elliot Smith meets The Pixies. Required: Strong interest in playing this style of music, playing shows, and recording Able to regularly practice w/ us in the KC Northland on Wednesday evenings Good vocal range and ability to harmonize Roughly in our age range (30-50) Fun and positive attitude Preferred but not required: Ability to play any instrument (especially light percussion) Songwriting skills, music or lyrics Willingness to fit in extra practice time on days other than Wednesday
