Plow Drivers Needed $20-$30 an hour must have a minimum of 1 year experience and a valid Driver's license with transportation to our shop no exceptions. A Chauffeur license is preferred but not required. All of our work is in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Taylor and Allen Park. Wayne County Drivers Responsibilities: • Be on call 24/7 • Respond promptly to phone calls when on call. We will not text you so you must answer your phone. • Position requires to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on when the snow falls. • Must be able to operate plow truck with Boss plow. We run Boss straight blades with Boss plow wings and Boss V-Blades. • Must have a good attitude and the want to plow snow. • Must have the ability to work extended periods of time in extreme cold, snow, sleet and through the night and unfortunately some time during the day that can be stressful but necessary.
