911 Restoration has an immediate opening for a Restoration Supervisor or Project Manager. This is a working hands-on supervisory position designed to oversee and assist in-house production crews, estimate and negotiate bids with potential customers, and to ensure project documentation meets client expectations. We will train and certify the right individual. Experience in construction or remodeling trades is helpful, but not required. This position may require some travel. Primary Responsibilities: • High level of customer service, Very responsive to customer needs • Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following guidelines • Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies • Manage production personnel • Manage and perform production activities (as needed). • Manage and monitor subcontractors • Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity • Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently • Manage communication with customers and clients Ideal Position Requirements: • Commercial or combination Commercial / Residential Disaster Restoration experience including structural drying and disaster response. • IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification • Any mold remediation certification • Ability to TRAVEL....
