Plow truck/ Skid steer operator

Looking like a heavy snow period ahead. Looking for individual with some skid steer experience and/or plow truck experience (1 ton dump truck) to help plow at large site and some other small sites just west of downtown cincinnati. If interested in full time employment we are a landscaping company looking to hire for full time positions once the weather breaks.
