Join us today! *The shift for this position is 3PM- 3AM Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday. • Title: Pan Washer • Department: Press • Reports to: Production Manager • Classification: Hourly and Full Time • Location: Fullerton, CA Position Objective : • Provide support when to the Press Department by preparing, cleaning, and stocking parts. • Monitor inventory to ensure proper items on hand when needed. • To reduce overall downtime Join our team today! Essential Functions: • Understand and adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee manual • Understand and support the Corporate Mission Statement, Values, and Vision. • Adhere to mandatory safety requirements while looking for ways to improve efficiency • Meet attendance standards. • Practices and sustains Lean Manufacturing and 6S procedures. • Communicate on a daily basis with production personnel. • Wash, store, and maintain parts needed for press. • Prepare parts needed for Press and keep presses stocked w/ needed supplies. • Monitor inventory items and place orders when needed. • Consistently complete Daily Task List • Work as a team to improve and streamline the process with each department. • Provide other assistance as needed. • Rotate weekend pager coverage • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Experience/Requirements: o Good listening, oral, and written communication skills. o Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to accurately complete high volumes of work. o Solid understanding and ability to use basic math skills. o Able to work well under stress, multi-task, set priorities, and manage/adapt to frequent changes. o Good people skills. o Provide a positive attitude that sets the tone in creating an enjoyable workplace. o Must be extremely trustworthy, dependable, and flexible. o Willing to work OT and weekends as scheduled. o Ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment. Physical environment/working conditions: Print shop manufacturing, standing 90%, walking 20%, pulling 30%, and lifting 50%.
