Hiring an automotive mechanic to troubleshoot Prius batteries draining

Hiring a mechanic and automotive expert to work on our two Toyota Prius we have inside our garage. They were a taxi cab once. With extra wires hooked up to the back batteries, and now the batteries seem to drain every day. I put a new battery in and still drains. It’s not a hybrid battery, it’s the regular car battery. I need to jumpstart the car every time I want to take it somewhere. I will pay someone the fair industry rate, and gas travel money, if they are willing to come out and troubleshoot and fix it.
