Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; ability to work partially remote Children: 4 year old Duties: Manage staff of three Nannies and Housekeepers across residences in San Francisco, Healdsburg and Sonoma Coast, work with onsite staff to prepare home for Principal’s arrival and departure, keep all residences stocked with food and household items, manage Instacart account, do household organization and tidying, manage pet care including scheduling vet visits and organizing vaccination information, collect and sort mail, set up and manage bill pay accounts, assist Principal with light scheduling including personal and professional appointments, travel between the residences for meetings or to troubleshoot maintenance issues Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Household Manager, strong sense of discretion and confidentiality; ability to travel between the residences and ability to commute to Healdsburg up to several days per week, give onsite assistance at Sonoma Coast residence on rare occasions; ideal Candidate will have strong communication skills and previous experience managing household staff, good judgment and ability to make a long-term commitment; must have access to car for use while working Salary: DOE Job Number: 7785 Requirements: Verifiable, strong references for your prior work experience Able to work legally in the United States Benefits of working with Town + Country Resources: Discreet personal representation and professional support A Counselor to help negotiate your salary, schedule and responsibilities Instant access to the best jobs in the Bay Area If you meet the requirements we would love to hear from you!
