***This is not an office position. Please do not submit applications for administrative work.***Busy residential development and construction firm in need of construction assistant. It will entail primarily of field work on outdoor construction sites which will often include light to medium labor. Duties include organizing and cleaning of residential construction jobsites, picking up and returning materials, and assisting project managers on day to day operations. Knowledge of construction a plus but not required. Starting pay is $10.00/hour with room for advancement for motivated individual who is quick to learn processes. Pickup truck supplied during workweek but clean driving record required.
