Essential Functions: - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of entire property - Maintain common interior areas and clubhouse of the property in a neat, clean, and attractive condition. This includes, but is not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down glass doors and mirrors, wipe down and disinfect elevators and gym equipment, empty trash cans, clean public restroom and mop tiled areas. - Perform work necessary to bring vacated units to rent ready condition in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, interior/exterior cleaning of all appliances, deep clean bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping tiled areas, wipe down vents, change filters as needed. Communicate with maintenance for necessary repairs. - Responsible for maintaining pet waste stations throughout the property - Monitor public restroom, gym and lounge for cleanliness and adequate supplies. Requirements The position requires efficiency, attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing job tasks. In addition, the following skills are required: - Ability to maintain a friendly positive attitude with prospects and residents. - Ability to deal well with people - Good verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Dependable / reliable form of transportation. - Dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments - Produce timely work at high-standards - Ability to prioritize and work effectively on task at hand - Must pass background check
