Looking to use extra land, farm space!

Hello Farming Community, My name is Nick and I’m looking for someone who would let me use their extra farm space/ land / pasture for raising quail, ducks, chickens, and small livestock. I specifically choose species that are quiet and don’t try to escape. For example, the quail I raise are virtually mute. The Muscovy ducks I want to raise do not quack like other ducks. So, minimal noise and maintenance is my goal. I will be taking care of my animals and plants on your property. You won’t have to do anything, unless you have kids or grandkids that want to “learn farm stuff”, then by all means they can help if they want! I have experience doing this so it will be very neat and controlled. I’m not looking for much land, maybe 1/4-1/2 acre or so. But I can work with whatever is available. I’m not looking to pay money every month like a lease but I’d love to trade eggs, meat, veggies, whatever you want. Or provide labor for your farm or yard! Let’s barter like they used to. I would like to stop by the farm every other day or so to make sure feed and water is topped off. And every day in the summer. Please let me know if you’re interested.
