Big fluffy dog

This here is Ms. Lucy. She is a big fluffy goober. We adopted her a little over a month ago. She is fully vetted, neg heartworm, and spayed with a tattoo. However, this fuzzy dumpling will not quit escaping on our evening walks. I have tried a harness, a no pull leash, longer walks, dog parks...it does not matter. She has made it her life's mission to gallop under the moonlight leashless, at every chance she gets. I think she is meant for bigger and better things and I would like to find that for her. About Ms. Lucy: She is in a crate while I'm at work. Her walks are 5:30am, 11am, 5:30pm, 8pm. At night she sleeps in the bedroom with no accidents. She doesn't tear up stuff, but she will steal your food if you're not looking and also enjoys making piles of dirty socks. She's great with my 5yo and our ferret. I think sometimes she doesn't realize how friggin' big she is, but she is really gentle and sweet. She SHEDS. No 2 ways about that. I vacuum every other day and have a lint roller for home, work, and car. She's a great guard dog, but also kind to strangers. I would love to keep her and I've been very patient and understanding with all of her other training...but I'm not able to break her of this one.
