We are growing again! Reliance is a family-owned custom home builder and renovator located in Nappanee, Indiana and we are looking to add another member to our team. We are seeking a Team Leader who has 6+ years of construction project experience, a focus on craftsmanship and detail, and is customer service oriented. Minimum Qualifications: • Skilled carpenter with 6+ years of experience preferred in the industry with management skills • Has the ability to comprehend and follow prints • Must be well versed in all aspects of the construction industry • Demonstrates effective oral communication skills • Dependable self-starter • Possesses strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong focus on customer service • Must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs.) • Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record Responsibilities: • Leads a team in a cooperative effort in the day-to-day operation of construction projects • Ensures that procedures, materials and equipment comply with project plans and owner standards • Performs manual labor such as lifting and carrying lumber, tools and numerous other materials • Maintains a clean and orderly job site on a daily basis • Maintains tools, cords and equipment • Proactively assists in creating lists of materials, supplies, specialty tools and equipment • Performs all related duties as may be required by the Project Manager Paid holidays and 40+ hours per week.
