We are currently seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning residential swimming pools, completing work orders, and other required tasks. Work shifts Monday thru Friday, with weekends off. The Candidate: -Outgoing and personable with a friendly disposition -Responsible, quick learner, and confident -Comfortable getting to know and working with a variety of people -Able to lift 50 – 100 lbs with or without assistance Responsibilities: -Route-based days spent in the sun, vacuuming pools, performing water analysis, and troubleshooting -Water analysis using computer based software -Always maintain customers’ pools to the highest standards -Move products between warehouse, shelf, and company vehicles -Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion -Perform routine preventive maintenance -Maintain material and supply inventory ​Qualifications: -Ability to communicate clearly, both speaking and writing -Prior pool experience a plus -Clean driving record -Able to perform basic math skills -Stand/sit for extended periods of time with no issue -Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields -Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical workload -Deadline and detail-oriented
