Paramount Designs is a locally owned and operated Landscape, Garden Center, and Flower Shop. We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time landscape maintenance team leaders Landscape Maintenance Team Leaders: *Are the direct supervision of job site labor, equipment, materials and safety on all projects. *Knowledge about the care and maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals is required *Be a working member of the team *Have strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and great organizational skills *Provide exceptional service and establish positive rapport with all clients *Provide ongoing support and on the job training of team members in regards to proper procedures *Supervise the inventory of material and document use. *Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 50lbs. *Identify and problem solve issues with properties and landscaping and communicate problem and resolution of any issues to management. *Be responsible for the Maintenance, Cleaning, and organization of vehicles, trailers and equipment. *Communicate with the proper department when supplies or further maintenance is required. All team members: *Have a valid MA drivers license *Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction. *Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients *Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well. *Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks Paramount Designs Inc has advancement opportunities possible.
