HOA community in the Orlando area is seeking a full-time experienced maintenance employee. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Vacation and PTO benefits offered. Requirements are: - Must have carpentry skills - Must be a Self - Starter - Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment - Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) - Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English - General knowledge of light construction work, i.e. drywall repairs, painting, etc. - General knowledge of lighting - Grounds trash pick-up - Organizational skills: Maintenance of workshop areas, inventory and supplies - Preventive maintenance of community's equipment - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Will take out all of the community trash to the dumpster - must have a valid driver’s license Please reference job #HddnCrkMaint and include resume when applying.
