The FT Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of assigned buildings with supervisor guidance. The assigned buildings are commercial buildings. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms, sanitation and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by supervisor. This is a large complex and there will be a lot of walking. The job entails cleaning women's restrooms without closing them, therefore a woman is preferred. Commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal history report for ABM. Fingerprinting for Government clearance required.
