Maintenance Technician

Description

Candidate will be required to perform trimming of bushes, weeding, lawn maintenance, general janitorial tasks, climb ladders, and other general maintenance task. Hours are from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's with possible additional hours for other special projects. Candidate will require to have a clean background, driver's license, own vehicle transportation, and clean. In addition, candidate should have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, mechanics, the operation of hand tools and small equipment.
