A memorable evening of couples making an Epic spectacular multi course Valentine's day dessert together in pairs of two The class features an especially prepared a magnificent ensemble plated dessert for five very fortunate couples. You and your significant other will partake in making an array of magnificent dessert offerings, parings to include at the centerpiece of the dessert a glorious Salted Caramel warm liquid center Fondant cake served with a delicate Vanilla Creme Fraiche, and a melange of a Balsamic Red Fruits of the Forest warm Berry Compote. Next the dessert will feature a seductive Honey Chamomile Lavender Creme Brulee, served with White Chocolate Raspberry/Rose Ganache filled French Macarons, As an accompaniment Korbel Brut Champagne Truffles will be made, along with Marble Swirl hand dipped Strawberries, and hand crafted Strawberry Guimauve (Marshmallows) complete this spectacular plated dessert. The two hour offering is reserved to just 10 seats (5 couples) The class is 75% active participation and 25% demonstration
