$15/hr for intermittent gig trimming marijuana

Description

We are a licensed cultivation facility looking for help with trimming when we have harvests. We will let you know when we have upcoming gigs, and you are free to accept or decline. This is an offer for hire to work as an independent contractor -- not an offer of (W-2) employment. We will pay you $15/hr gross and issue you a 1099, so it is then your responsibility to pay your own taxes. Must have valid MED badge to work in our facility -- no exceptions.
