Commercial builder looking for a hands-on Assistant Foreman. Have experience with subcontractor management experience, commercial blue print reading and multi-family experience. Effectively manage crews, supervise, and also do hands on and materials management tasks. Have knowledge of all construction hand and power tools. Skilled handyman, or woman, experience is a plus, and knowing how to help with finish and punch list items. If you are motivated, experienced and willing to roll up your sleeves, this would be a good fit for you. Highly reliable work habits required, in addition to site safety and PPE knowledge.
