Route Driver/Delivery (Full/Part time) We are a 7 day a week operation so some of the days will be on weekend Linen Company seeks top Route Delivery Representative About the Position Must have previous experience driving a 26-28 foot straight truck with a lift gate. Must have experience driving in the City Streets and alleyways This is a delivery and customer service oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain, and build strong customer relationships. Primary Job Responsibilities: Support and promote the values of Single Source Plus Customer Relationships -- Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts, maintain enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times. Route -- Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue: operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles. Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Successful completion of primary job responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction Manage route efficiency Positive communication with customers, potential customers and co-workers Paperwork: Work order preparations make sure all paperwork is returned each day. Load truck: Organizations, making sure you have the entire product for each customer each day. Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, Driver log, and Driver check list each day. Ability to drive 26- 28 foot commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours on a daily basis Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record Professional Appearance, Exceptional customer Service skills, Must have good communication skills.
