Company Based in Gloucester City – Working primarily in South Jersey and Philadelphia area, seeks carpenter with broad skill set including rough carpentry, finish carpentry, light electrical & plumbing, knowledge of code compliance. Experience in all aspects of residential remodeling. This is a hands on position with some management responsibility. Company seeks well rounded, highly motivated self starter to carry projects from permit through completion. Must be able to read plans, manage crew members, perform to given benchmarks and timelines, and professionally communicate with clients. Candidate must be able to lift 80 lbs and continuously work on one's feet. Must not have any problems with ladders, roofs and heights. Individual must be prompt, well spoken and motivated. Carpenter candidate should have a positive attitude, have good mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, be a clean worker and respectful to others. Verifiable 5 year successful work history as a carpenter. Compensation will be tailored to individual experience and ability to perform tasks and complete goals.
