Moodscapes is looking for a motivated team leader who wants to make a tangible impact on the environment and the growth of the company they work for. Our goal is to bring in a Landscape Installation Foreman who is excited about coming to work each day and values having a voice in the operations of the company. We are investing in all areas of Moodscapes to increase our reach in the organic services industry in Massachusetts. Qualified candidates would be joining a well established company with opportunities for growth. The ideal Installation Foreman candidate will possess: - A minimum of 2-3 years experience in landscaping or gardening. - Ability and experience leading a small crew to complete a project in a timely manner. - An understanding of order of operations when delivering landscaping services - An interest in ecological and organic landscaping practices - The ability to collaborate as part of a team, provide leadership and be coachable - Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skill - A clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles and trailers - Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment - Knowledge of plants and proper planting techniques - A Focus on Safety and Cleanliness - An ability to meet and discuss jobs with clients - Meet company standards for quality of work - Track and report job expenses, hours, materials and all other job-related costs Landscape, Installation and/or Masonry Experience and Industry Certifications a plus Employee Benefits include: - Competitive wages - Paid time off - Health insurance - Professional development opportunities - Opportunity for advancement - Tuition Reimbursement for approved curriculum - Training in different aspects of the industry leading to MA Certifications This is a full-time seasonal position. Possible snow removal services and some winter work during the off season.
