Experienced Landscaper Campion Center, Inc. 319 Concord Road Weston, MA 02493 Campion Center is seeking to hire a self-motivated experienced landscaper. This is a year-round full-time position with excellent benefits. Interested parties will be required to schedule standard ground maintenance including but not limited to, fertilization, mowing, plantings, repair, tree removal and seasonal cleanups. Additionally, this position will facilitate snow removal and salting stairs, walkways roadways on property along with all parking areas with the maintenance staff. The position will also require a qualified candidate to possess basic equipment service skills to be performed in alternate seasons (repairing lawn equipment in Winter and Winter equipment during Summer). Other requirements include: • Must have the ability to read and write English. • Good interpersonal skills a must. • Valid Massachusetts drivers’ license with acceptable driving record. Hours: 40-hour work week (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.). On a rotational schedule, will be required to be on call 24 hours a day/7 day a week, outside of the normal. A set fee is paid for being on-call Physical requirements of this job include routine bending and lifting and pushing equipment. The job is performed by standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of 50 pounds. Campion Center operates a skilled nursing facility, a rest home, and a conference and renewal center.
