OFFICE CLEANER- Evenings 40 Plus Hours Available...time and a half after 40 hours PREFERRED carpet cleaning, window cleaning and floor care experience CLEANER Looking for someone full time and or part time Full time..Evenings after 5pm M-T-W-F-Weekend Part Time May be available..... ONE WEEKEND DAY PER WEEK REQUIRED.... Responsibilities of our Cleaners may include any of the following: (PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD) If you have previous carpet cleaning and or floorcare experience please let me know. This is not required but beneficial. Qualifications: PLEASE READ BEFORE REPLYING All applicants must meet the following criteria: 18 Years or Older Successful completion of Social Security Verification and Background Check Must have own vehicle transportation for use during work Decent driving record Willingness to learn Dependable and trustworthy Must be punctual and dedicated Flexibility Someone that works well with others but can also work alone Interviews will take place in Quincy, Hingham or South Boston Reply to ad for time and address... Please only respond if you have read and qualify... Thanks JOB DUTIES Perform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the building's task and frequency schedule. Tasks will include a mix of the following: Vehicle for use for job to job transportation Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors. Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces. Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls. Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap. Clean entrance glass and other interior glass. Respond positively and promptly to customer requests. Work effectively with other team members. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time; attendance, and uniform policies. Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. Carpet and floor care experience a plus but not necessary.... Job Qualifications Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Must have ability to work independently and as a team member. Must be willing and able to work in occasionally damp, dusty and soiled areas. Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Additional Info Driving Valid Driver's License Minimum Age 18+ years old Vehicle for use for job to job transportation
