Landscape Professionals to Join our Flex Team Do you enjoy working outdoors performing landscaping work? Are you sick of doing the same tasks week after week? We are looking for a person to join our flex team. In this position, you will get to work with different service lines to help them out when needed. This means we can offer you a lot of different opportunities for growth, advancement, and change. The services that we have to offer that you may support are provided below. Maintenance/Lawn Mowing We provide our clients with weekly lawn mowing throughout the growing season. If you enjoy creating striping “works of art” on a lawn or enjoy the satisfaction that comes from seeing the fresh, cut grass when your truck leaves a home, then this could be for you. Horticulturist / Fine Gardening Most people love flowers and plants but don’t quite know how to care for them. Our garden teams tend to all the seasonal demands that a garden needs from pruning, deadheading, weeding, light planting, mulching, watering, and more. Irrigation Our irrigation technicians are more like water conservation specialists who focus on ensuring lawns and gardens are getting the right amount of water for success- not too much and not too little. We startup systems in spring, manage them through the year, renovate as needed, install new systems, and perform winterizations. Landscape Construction Lots of different things going on here from patio/walkway construction, drainage improvements, tree & shrub planting, excavating, grading, landscape lighting, and more. These projects typically include working with various larger pieces of equipment and are involved with renovating an existing landscape or constructing a new one. Note: Prior experience installing hardscapes preferred. Plant Health Care Our plant health care technician’s work is dynamic as they are responsible for keeping our clients’ trees and shrubs healthy. This includes managing pests, diseases, and monitoring for periodic issues that impact the health of plants. Lawn Care Everyone loves green grass and these team members work hard to appropriately fertilize lawns, manage weeds, and monitor for disease. Note: This position requires a MA pesticide license and prior lawn care experience. Tree Care Our arborist team works to care for a variety of trees within our clients’ landscape, including evergreens, ornamental trees, and shade trees. They have access to some great equipment, a culture of safety and some really cool trees to work on. Note: We are currently looking to hire an experienced arborist a.s.a.p. Seasonal Décor Décor services include creating beautiful, vibrant seasonal flower displays for our clients including spring, summer, fall, and holiday décor. They also have some fun doing special events. Job Type: Full-time
