One of Ohio's largest Civil War Reenactments returns in 2021 as reenactors "invade" Historic Zoar Village The largest Civil War Event in the State of Ohio comes to the historic Village of Zoar, Ohio on September 18 and 19, 2021, when Civil War reenactors “invade” the town to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Zoar Civil War Event. Battles both Saturday and Sunday,, as well as artillery night fire. Special demonstrations for area schools will take place on Friday Sept. 17th.
