Description

General Responsibilities: Work from schedules, daily work orders and instructions from Property Manager, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Paint interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures, keep work room organized and paint inventory up to date. Pressure-washing as needed. Be responsible for the upkeep of all property-issued tools and equipment. Assist with picking up trash, empty trash and recycling bins, take large dumpsters to ally for pick up. Other duties as assigned. Skills Required: Dependable Being observant and proactive General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical Have a positive work attitude and good work ethic Be a team player Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Be professional and courteous Able to work independently Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and ladders, and lift, carry, push/pull to 50 lbs.
