The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at Chateau Lake Terrace in New Orleans, LA. Responsibilities: • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a make-ready checklist of required services and repairs. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed. • Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and immediately report any maintenance issues. • Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling. • HVAC experience in a PLUS. • Must be dependable and have own transportation.
