Im 29, been playing guitar/bass for 17 years, and have a professional background in audio engineering. Figured now would be a good time to try and link up with some other musicians and see what comes of it. Id really like to join a band thats established or at least start something with people in my age range who are committed to jamming and playing gigs whether it be covers, originals, or a mixture of both. My playing is rooted in alternative/pop punk and emo but not the terrible screamo bands that are commonly associated with the genre. My influences are taking back sunday, knuckle puck, blink, the story so far, the dangerous summer, balance & composure, yellowcard, motion city soundtrack, new found glory. Stuff like that. Please reply with a link to a song or a live video of yours so i can get an idea of what im working with and if im interested ill do the same.
