Property Evaluators flexible hours no experience needed (Indianapolis) Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience necessary) for the Indianapolis area. Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: -Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers -Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties -Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC -Taking pictures of property and uploading to Dropbox or sending pictures via email -Putting lock boxes at properties -Driving targeted subdivisions with the intent of locating distressed, vacant and/or abandoned properties. Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly range from 1-5.
