Helena Cycle Center has an immediate opening for a Full Time Service Manager to join our Team. Position is Full Time 40 hours per week; Tuesday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm. Hourly pay DOE with full benefit package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, prescription, 401k match of 3%, paid time off and so much more! Position is in a high paced environment; looking for a self-motivated individual that has exceptional customer service skills that will succeed in a fun motorsports industry. Service Manager Job Description Service Manager ensures that a customer's needs are being fulfilled. Service Manager is responsible for management of 4 technicians' for efficiency and productivity. Service Manager is required to uphold efficiency with the relationship between a customer and Helena Cycle Center through avenues of service working as a liaison for Helena Cycle Center and the customer. An effective service manager brings competence to a customer's experience by coordinating the transaction in a successful manner. Service Manager Job Duties Job duties include but are not limited to the following: management of 4 technicians, productivity, efficiency of the technicians and customers' needs. Develop relationships with customers through successful management of service from Helena Cycle Center. Duties include tracking repairs and their causes, scheduling technicians and processing warranties with multiple different manufacturers. Customer profile information is stored in light speed computer system, which the service manager is responsible for maintaining. Additional duties involve developing cost estimates, tracking labor of technicians for jobs and ensuring efficiency. When a customer requests a repair, the service manager logs what parts are needed, how much time should be allocated to make the repair and schedules the appropriate technician for the job based on the customer and their repair needs. This information is conveyed to both the customer and technicians in a timely fashion. Service Manager Job Requirements 3+ years of industry knowledge is required with management experience. Product knowledge of motorsports including experience and understanding of utilization. Computer knowledge and understanding is required; there are portions of the customer profile that need to be entered into a computer system, knowledge of office products (fax, scan, printer and copier), Microsoft office, multi-line phone system is a plus but not required. Previous technician experience preferred, technician knowledge and aspects of all motorsports; repair, braking, electrical, suspension systems and tire repair.
