Description
Looking for an able bodied individual to assist with some residential property landscape cleaning to include using some tools and jackhammer work.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
1) Yard Cleaning (picking up pine needles, leaves, etc., and placing it in bags)
2) Hedging/trimming branches
3) Cutting wood (May include using a power tool)
4) Carrying landscaping rocks and placing in designated area (dolly and shovel provided)
5) Drilling into 4-6" concrete and carrying concrete (on dolly) to dump (also on site)
This is a temporary term labor job that requires a certain level of physical fitness. You will be outside and in the elements.
Looking for someone dependable that can take direction and run with it. Someone that can provide periodic updates and someone with the ability to follow simple direction.
You may be asked to fill out a W9 for 1099 purposes. This is negotiable.
