As a member of the Daikin Applied family you will be offered a Generous Benefits Package including: • $500.00 SIGNING BONUS!! • 3 weeks paid vacation in first calendar year (prorated based on hire date) • 40 hours paid Sick and Safe time • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • Educational Tuition Reimbursement • 401k with company match • Merit Increases • Growth opportunities and more… What we need from you: • Commitment to Safety and Quality • Teamwork Mentality • Drive for Excellence • Desire to learn and develop your career • Ability to meet and exceed production goals Key Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds • Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (Forklift, Reach, Order Picker) • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. • Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience working within WMS/ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.) • Ability to read and interpret documents • Ability to assign work to be processed • Researches and responds to customer service inquires Top candidates will have: • Experience with Root Cause Analysis processes • Experience working with Oracle WMS • Ability to digest information and present in a clear concise manner • Excellent communication and math skills • Comfort in communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders • Flexibility to work with and facilitate various segments of the operation • Leadership experience a plus • Previous shipping/warehouse experience is desirable • Capability in providing product to packers to be packed out. This is typically based on completed work from pickers • Ability to train new associates to department process procedures • Research skills to respond to customer service inquiries • Provides back-fill to department Lead and Logistics Analyst Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one plus years related experience and/or training.
