Shared artist space in Malletts Bay. I have a retail shop that I would like to share with up to 3 additional artists. There is lots of space for creating and a retail store front for advertising and selling. There is a large scale laser cutter along with a working bathroom and some storage space. It’s essentially a blank canvas that can be molded into a nice and functional shared artist space. Must like dogs. Rent will be $400 per month along with a one month security deposit.
