This is a part time opportunity, till you pass all the training needed. After this opportunity can be a full-time position. -able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. -valid driver’s license with auto insurance -must be able to use Pruvan and PPW (We will train) -must be able to utilize email -must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, where work orders include lock changes, trashouts, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc. Please email me with Ninja Property Preservation Application as the subject.
