If you are a Contractor who's also skilled in finding appropriate rehab properties we may be interested in working with you.   If you are tired of constantly scrounging for business, waiting and hoping regular consumer prospects eventually decide to move ahead with their home improvement projects, then this is your opportunity to proactively create business for yourself.   For every viable property you submit to us that we purchase, you will be the Contractor on the rehab. The more properties you submit, the more Contractor projects you will have, the more money you will make. You should have General Contractor capabilities, be professional, licensed and bonded, reliable, capable of working within your stated budget, finishing on time. Typical properties we seek are Single Family Residences, in good economic areas, that can be rehabbed in on average 6-8 weeks.  Contact if interested and meet the requirements.
