Looking for someone experienced in city of Tacoma permits in permitting basement remodel. The full basement is full basement with water heater and heater in corner and with heating duct vented out in basement and would like to make this 1000 sq ft area in something more functional. No outside entrance but full stairs and partial sheetrock in basment and electrical panel in basement. Need some type of drawing for city and permits.
