During this class you will learn about the benefits of different whole food products to help boost milk production and nutrition for nursing/pumping mommas. Holly Poore, new mama to Addaline Quinn and wife to Quincy, will instruct on the benefits of eating Whole Foods and share how to make Nursing Energy Balls*.
You will leave this class with helpful information of foods to incorporate in your daily routine, a few recipes to make it practical, comradery with fellow mommas, and a yummy snack that no one will steal.
Holly has worked as a teacher in Wichita Public schools teaching English Language Arts to middle-high schoolers. After finding out she was pregnant, her passion for teaching and motherhood collided. She now works as a stay at home mom while pursuing her mission to encourage fellow mommas in their unique, messy, colorful motherhood journeys.
