JBF not only actively seeks out recall information on equipment brought into this sale, we also chose to pull items that are not recalled but not recommended (non mesh crib bumpers for example). Your little one and their safety & well being are what matters most to us. Thank you so much for trusting us with it. First time grandparents this is also the pass for you! You are also welcome to go to our hold area and one of our volunteers can teach you how to look up recalled items using the internet for an extra piece of mind if you need it for other toys and equipment in your house. You can bring your own reusable shopping bags to hold your items. Another great idea is to bring a wagon carry your items around while you shop. We do have large reusable totes available to use while you shop but they are available on a first come first serve basis. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You need to bring either a printed copy of your ticket, or you can show your ticket on your smartphone at the door. What is the refund policy? There are no refunds for tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else. COVID-19 refund policy If we are unable to have our event due to COVID-19 we will refund paid tickets.
