William Meinhold, 28, of Hamden was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Samara L. Livingston, 50, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault. Feb. 4 Jennette M. Alvarado, 37, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Allysa M. Maler, 33, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Feb. 5 Shaquan M. Taylor, 29, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Feb. 6 Jennette M. Alvarado, 37, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree violation of conditional release. Crystal Kirby, 36, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Mohamed Elkbaiche, 26, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order. Joseph Maselli, 45, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree strangulation. Feb. 7 William Lee Henry, 41, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Fabian Enrique Torres, 23, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Feb. 8 Jaime Ortiz, 36, of East Elmhurst , NY, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Robert Davis, 38, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Feb. 9 Charles Levey, 59, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order. Tiziana Perciballi, 36, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
