Warehouse Associate - First Shift - Monday - Friday Compensation: Starting at $14.00 to $15.00 per hour Employment type: Full Time LIST Company, Inc. operates multiple e-commerce websites and due to continued sales growth is seeking full-time order packers for our distribution center located right off I-85, exit 35, just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. The position is first shift, Monday - Friday. We are seeking candidates that have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are committed to working on a dynamic team! Job Duties and Responsibilities: Always be a positive, punctual, and professional team member. Ability to pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment. Be flexible and adaptable, we have different goals each day. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Good math, language and reading skills; including basic computer skills. Applicants must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 9-10 hours, and possess a full range of motion that includes the ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Ability to climb and descend stairs safely You must be able to read and take direction in English Applicants must have a valid driver's license / ID card. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is very helpful. Work Environment: Fast-paced environment that requires focus and a commitment to safety. Work hours are first shift, Monday through Friday. Our starting work time is 7:00 am sharp. Our end time can vary depending on workload. On Mondays and Tuesdays, our end time is typically 5:30 pm and the rest of the week is typically 4:30 pm.
