A dynamic guided music and dance journey streamed through silent disco headsets! NOTE: LOCATION IS IN SANTA MONICA! With light facilitation and intention, we dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes spun by our live DJ Beachball (from tribal house, to electronic, to old school funk, classics, and hip hop) streaming into silent disco headsets, giving you the freedom to dance, connect, and have space for full self expression. The sandy beach is your dance floor...the waves and the setting sun is your backdrop. Event Flow: 4:00-4:15- Check-in 4:15-4:30- Opening circle with Jenny Westra 4:30-5:15 - Silent Disco Dance with Jenny DJ AllThingsFrazer 5:15-5:30 - Meditation and closing circle What to bring: water bottle, extra warm layers for warmth and the final meditation, your mask. **This is a socially distanced event** We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Thankfully the beach allows for so much outdoor air and space. In order to be in compliance with the county health department and continue these events , please show up wearing a mask and keep socially distanced throughout the event. Please be mindful of other guests and beachgoers, and maintain social distance from those around you. Upon arrival temperatures will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided. *TICKET SALES FINAL***If event is postponed due to rain, ticket holders will be credited for a future event! Jenny Westra is a Spiritual Alchemist who uses yoga, breathwork, reiki and channeling to free people from their trauma, connect to their body and to truly live free. Her passion was sparked when yoga saved her mentally, physically and spiritually from deep traumatic life experiences. As a 500-RYT through the internationally recognized Modo Yoga LA and over 300 hours of additional study, Jenny has been gifted the opportunity to work with students of all ages, disabilities and career paths. Her ability to instantly connect with her students and to create a unique experience each moment, allows Jenny to bring the healing arts to the world. The wave silent disco, is more than just a community dance event. It's a movement to end loneliness worldwide. A portion of the proceeds of ticket sales and donations, supports ALMA, our non profit organization that addresses loneliness and isolation in seniors citizens through movement, arts, and intergenerational connection!!
