Press release from the City and County of Broomfield: February 11, 2021 Following an unanimous vote of City Council, the City and County of Broomfield is excited to welcome Judge Amy Bockman as the new Presiding Municipal Court Judge, replacing Judge Randall Davis, who announced his retirement from the position in November.  The Presiding Municipal Court Judge sits as the chief trial judge in the Broomfield Municipal Court to adjudicate traffic, criminal, and other municipal code violations.
