Need help with Painting, Basic construction, landscaping, cleaning

I have several jobs I need to get done around my house and if I can find the right person I can keep them busy for a while. But I may need several people for the different jobs. Job 1. Repaint my front stairs. This will require removing all existing caulk and light sanding and loose paint removal and all general prep work to get ready to paint the stairs. Then painting the stairs. Job 2. Sanding and refinishing wood banister around stairs. Job 3. Remove all caulking around a bathtub inside the house. This will require someone who can pay attention to detail and work slowly and carefully so as to not damage the bathtub. It's slow careful work. Job 4. General gardening and landscaping: I want to lay down crushed granite in my back yard. This will require removing all weeds, digging out and leveling the ground and then hauling soil, rock and crushed granite in a wheelbarrow from the street to the back yard. This is heavy work so physical strength is necessary. Please let me know if you have experience in any of these things and if so what that is. You don't have to have skills in all these areas. I want someone who is self motivated and does not need to be babysat throughout the process. Someone who is hard working and has some experience would be best. If you are good and work well I can keep you working for a week or more and I will increase the pay per hour. If interested please let me know when you can start.
