PRESSURE WASHING/ LANDSCAPING OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE TO OWNER ! SOUTH FORSYTH / NORTH FULTON / SUWANEE / NORTH GWINNETT PAY - $ 16 per hour to start with quarterly raises to $ 20 per hour OPPORTUNITY – The optimal candidate will have the desire, capability & patience to start at the bottom, learn the trade, learn the business and gradually advance to eventual ownership of the company within 4-5 years. The desire for eventual ownership is preferred but not required, but the desire and ability to advance is necessary. * SEE ATTACHED IMAGES FOR DETAILED INFO REGARDING ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY * SCHEDULE - Approximately 5 - 6 days a week – approximately 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. during peak season KEY REQUIREMENTS – - Drug free, clean record, valid driver’s license. Must agree to drug test and background check. - Money motivated with the desire to work approximately 40-50 hours per week during peak season - Strong work ethic - Professional appearance & personality - Experience preferred, but not necessary - Must be highly dedicated, dependable, trustworthy, motivated, punctual, friendly, with a positive attitude. - Strong problem solving ability - Physically capable - Capable of working and operating machinery safely and effectively - Preference for working outdoors - Reliable transportation - Reside in or near the areas listed above - 18 years of age minimum JOB DESCRIPTION We are a small, growing family owned, owner operated company. As such, the new hire will begin working alongside the owner as an assistant / apprentice on a daily basis. The nature of work is not extremely strenuous, but somewhat demanding. No heavy lifting, no ladders or heights, etc., but physical capability and steady endurance is necessary. Almost all work includes exterior washing, so cool-downs with water sprays are always available. Our projects are fast becoming more exterior washing & less landscaping. WE PAY ABOVE AVERAGE WAGES TO ENSURE THAT WE ATTRACT AND KEEP ABOVE AVERAGE, MOTIVATED TEAM MEMBERS.
