As the face of Valet Living Quick Turns, the Independent Contractor Housekeeper will adhere to our Company Code of Conduct and quality standards on service, timeliness, privacy, safety and monitoring and reporting please call us Robert Yanez District manager 1 (408) 887-1367 Juan Sidhu District manager 1 (408) 250-5306 Fátima puentes District manager 1 (408) 674-8612 The Valet Living Turns Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping tasks at assigned properties Roles & Responsibilities: • Clean the following rooms within each vacant unit in anticipation of new tenants: Kitchen, Bathroom(s), Bedroom(s), Balcony/patio, Hallway, Living room, Dining room • Perform general housekeeping tasks: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning all interior windows, polishing inside/outside stainless-steel fixtures & appliances • Clean lights, ceiling fans, blinds, vents, switches, floors, doorknobs, shelves, trim, baseboards, etc. • No outside apartment cleaning is included in scope of service Job Requirements: • Must have GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE • Must have OWN VEHICLE to transport tools, supplies and equipment to different properties • Must USE OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS (i.e., cleansers, rags/paper towels, dusters, gloves) and equipment (vacuum and mop) • Must have SMART PHONE to receive work assignments • Must be reliable, customer service-oriented and willing to be part of a team • Must be honest and organized with positive attitude, looking to represent an ethical business • Must be organized and able to think on your feet • Must be available to WORK: MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and your ability to complete quality cleans in a timely fashion
